How to be able to download software from this web site

The software on this web site is only accessible to authorised users of the software.  Specifically, this includes only users who have an existing support and maintenance agreement for their products.

To gain access, you must be request a registration on this site by emailing our product support service and telling us:

- Your name and email address
- Your "Customer Number" or, if this is unknown:
- The name of your company, the site/project you work on and the main contact person there

Your "Customer Number" will have been allocated and sent to your project when you originally purchased your Abstract Solutions products.  You can find out what it is by looking in any of your licence key files at the "INSTALLATION" field.

Note: By requesting this registration and access to downloads you are explicitly agreeing to the processing of data about you as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will notify you when your registration been completed.

Notification of Updates

We strongly recommend that you set your user profile to indicate that you wish to receive e-mail notification of product updates.
